Emily has changed a lot in her first month. She's put on 2.2lbs so she's 8 lbs 10.5 oz now, she's awake a lot more during the day and checking everything out and she's sleeping more at night. She's been crying a lot since we got back from Ottawa. I'm not ready to call her collicky yet as she won't cry if you're holding her while you're standing or patting her bum, but as soon as you put her down or stop patting she's grumpy. It's been challenging. Lily still hasn't warmed up to her but I'm hoping that will change once Emily is more interactive and able to play on the floor and isn't as dependent on me. We're making it through the days and look forward to sleeping once again someday soon.
